## Common questions

Can you replace just the door and keep the frame?

Sometimes. If the jambs and sill are solid and square, replacing only the door can work. If there's rot or the frame has shifted, a full unit with a new frame usually lasts longer, and we'll tell you which one fits after we look.

What warranty comes with door work?

We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty, which covers problems caused by how the work was installed. The door manufacturer's warranty is separate, and we'll go over both before we start.

Can you replace doors and windows in the same project?
