All questions
How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof replacement?

It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A few missing shingles or one leak around a vent or chimney can usually be repaired. If the shingles are curling, losing granules or leaking in several places, replacement often makes more sense. We inspect the roof and show you photos of what we find so you can decide.

Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?

Yes. We repair and replace roofs and siding damaged by wind and hail, and we handle the insurance process for storm damage claims. We document the damage and work through the claim with you and your insurance company.

How long does a typical asphalt shingle roof last here?

Many asphalt shingle roofs in the Cincinnati area last somewhere around 20 to 30 years. The actual lifespan depends on the shingle line, attic ventilation and how the roof was installed. Freeze-thaw cycles in winter and summer storms are hard on older roofs. If yours is getting close to that range, it's worth having it inspected.

What roofing materials do you install?

We install asphalt shingle and metal roofs on homes. We also install and repair flat roofs on commercial buildings. We're a GAF Certified Plus residential contractor, a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, an Atlas Pro+ Platinum Select contractor and certified by Owens Corning.
