Common questions
Can a leaking flat roof be repaired, or does it need replacing?
Many leaks come from a failed seam, flashing or a spot around a drain, and those can be repaired. If the membrane is worn across the whole roof or water has soaked the insulation underneath, replacement is usually the better spend. We will show you what we find before recommending either.
What causes water to pond on a flat roof?
Ponding usually comes from low spots in the deck, compressed insulation or clogged drains and scuppers. Standing water wears out the membrane faster, so we check drainage on every flat roof we look at.
