A roof usually shows it's done before it starts leaking. Shingles curl or crack, granules collect in the gutters, bare spots open up, or the same repair keeps coming back. Many older homes around Westwood, Cheviot and Price Hill have roofs that are at the end of their life. We start with an inspection and show you photos of what we found, so you can see the condition of your roof for yourself. Then we walk you through the options: asphalt shingles or metal for homes, and the right system for commercial buildings. We're a GAF Certified Plus contractor, a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, an Atlas Pro+ Platinum Select contractor and Owens Corning certified. On replacement day we tear the old roof off down to the deck and replace any soft or rotted boards. Then we install new underlayment, flashing, vents and shingles or metal panels. We clean up the site and do a final walkthrough with you. Every roof we install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. Common questions
How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
We look at the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is and whether the decking underneath is still sound. If the problem is limited to one area, a repair usually makes sense. We show you photos either way so you can decide with the facts in front of you.
Do you install metal roofs as well as shingles?
Yes. We replace roofs with asphalt shingles or metal, on homes and on commercial buildings. We can talk through how each one suits your house and budget when we come out to look at the roof.
What does the lifetime workmanship warranty cover?
It covers problems caused by how we installed the roof. If something goes wrong because of the installation, we make it right. Material defects fall under the manufacturer's warranty, so you're covered on both. Ask us for the full terms when we quote your roof.
